He proudly oversees the Crestron Masters and Modern Work Summit event.

As Global Director of Technical Marketing, Neil is responsible for growing Crestron’s technology partnership and product messaging with leading alliance partners, including Microsoft and Zoom. These partnerships enhance Crestron’s collaboration products as they hit the market. Neil champions Crestron’s products, strategies, thought leadership, and vision across multiple platforms by working physically with teams in the field and connecting virtually across his YouTube and Social Media channels.

Mark Kohlman

Mark Kohlman

Chief of Customer Success, Chief Integrations

Mark started his Crestron journey in 2000 while still a senior in high school, working part-time with a Crestron Dealer in Southern California. After college, he become a CSP fulltime, specializing in advanced AV systems and computer networks for residential, commercial, and government clients. In 2016, he founded Chief Integrations, focusing on commercial lighting and complex AV projects. He’s delivered advanced, custom solutions to a diverse clientele group around the world, and even helped create voice-activated automated camera switching and voting systems on Crestron platforms well before these solutions became off-the-shelf products.

Andy Ellis

Cyber Security Advisor & Expert in Risk Decision-Making

Andy is an accomplished technology and business executive with deep expertise in security, managing risk, and leading an inclusive culture. He was the first CSO at Akamai, where he led the information security organization for over 20 years. He holds multiple patents in web and computer security, is the author of 1% Leadership, Operating Partner at YL Ventures, and Advisory CISO at Orca Security, a CSO Hall of Famer, and has received a variety of accolades — including the CSO Compass Award, Air Force Commendation Medal, Spirit of Disneyland Award, and Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
